Regrettably, our fresh and frozen products are perishable and are not eligible for returns. This restriction is due to our practice of cutting all meats to order and commencing the preparation process shortly after an order is placed to ensure next-day delivery. However, should you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, kindly contact us at info@adamafro.co.uk. Customers are responsible for the return of grocery items at their own expense, and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods.
