What are your delivery options?

LOCAL DELIVERY:
We provide complimentary same-day delivery in Milton Keynes for all orders exceeding £49.99. Orders below £49.99 incur a £4.99 delivery fee. We meticulously prepare, package, and personally deliver all local orders to Milton Keynes postcodes MK1-17, MK19, MK43, and MK46.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY:
Our products are shipped by our trusted third-party partners, DPD, with next business day delivery available for orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be readied and dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Monday, excluding bank holidays. To receive a Saturday delivery, please choose the Saturday service at checkout (additional charges apply). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be prepared and dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Monday.

Delivery schedules for nationwide orders:

- Orders placed on Monday will arrive on Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.
- Orders placed on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday by noon will be delivered on Saturday.
- Any orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY:
Our products are distributed by DPD, with next business day delivery available for orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will be prepared and dispatched the following day, with delivery the next business day, excluding weekends. Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be readied and dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Monday.

How much does delivery cost?

  • - Free local delivery for all Milton Keynes orders over £49.99.
  • - A £4.99 delivery fee applies to Milton Keynes orders under £49.99.
  • We charge £7.99 per consignment up to 15kg, and then £0.30 per additional kilogram for next day nationwide delivery (Tuesday-Friday).


What if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

For local deliveries scheduled between 5 pm and 7 pm, if you anticipate being unavailable, kindly contact us at 07888897482 or email us at info@adamafro.co.uk to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Nationwide deliveries:

Customers are responsible for ensuring arrangements are in place to receive the delivery on the initial attempt. Our courier, DPD, will provide a 1-hour delivery notification via text or email. If the delivery is missed during the specified time slot, Adam Afro Foods holds no liability, and perishable goods will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the delivery address for the initial attempt.

Do you provide contactless delivery for individuals in self-isolation?

Yes, all deliveries are contactless.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Yes, we offer complimentary click and collect service. Orders are typically ready for collection 2 hours after placement. For orders placed after 7 pm, please collect from 11 am the following day. When collecting, please present your confirmation email or note down the order number.
